1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Love Card Games at lovecardgames.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Love Card Games is a free-to-play online card game platform. We offer prediction-based card games (Poker Hands, 3 Patti Expert) and multiplayer card games. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Virtual Currency

3.1 Tokens and Coins

The Service uses two virtual currencies: Tokens (for multiplayer games) and Coins (for prediction games). New accounts receive a starting balance of 5 Tokens and 500 Coins.

3.2 No Real Money

Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. They exist solely for in-game use.

3.3 No Guarantee of Availability

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency balances at any time without notice. Virtual currencies may be adjusted for game balance purposes.

4. User Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. Signed-in users benefit from persistent wallet balances and game history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or game mechanics for unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including game logic, UI design, graphics, and code — is the property of Love Card Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game results are determined by random card distribution algorithms and are not guaranteed to be fair in any specific instance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Card Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of virtual currency.

9. Not a Gambling Service

Love Card Games is not a gambling service. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Virtual currencies are for entertainment only and have no cash value. The Service does not meet the legal definition of gambling in any jurisdiction.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
