Refund Policy

1. Free-to-Play Service

Love Card Games is a free-to-play platform. You are not required to make any payment to use the Service. All games can be played using the virtual currencies (Tokens and Coins) provided at no cost upon account creation.

2. Virtual Currency

Tokens and Coins are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value. They are provided free of charge and cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money.

3. In-Game Losses

Virtual currency lost during gameplay (incorrect predictions, lost bets) is part of the normal game experience. We do not refund in-game losses as no real money is involved.

4. Draw Rounds

When a game round results in a draw (tied hands), all bets placed during that round are automatically refunded to the respective players' wallets.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that results in loss of virtual currency (server disconnection during a round, game freeze, etc.), please contact us at support@myultralabs.com with details. We will review the issue and may restore your balance at our discretion.

6. Balance Resets

We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify virtual currency balances for game balance, abuse prevention, or platform maintenance purposes. Since no real money is involved, no monetary refund applies.

7. Future Paid Features

If we introduce paid features or in-app purchases in the future, a separate refund policy specific to those purchases will be published. Any such policy will comply with applicable consumer protection laws and app store guidelines.
